What a gorgeous cookbook with great recipes and amazing photographs! Each recipe has a handy symbol that indicates, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free, To-Go and Plan-Ahead. There are also a section that explains how to make the smaller things you need for recipes, such as cashew cream or vegetable broth and a handy how to section, such... This is a great cookbook and really helped me dabble in veganism. However some of the ingredients are tricky to find in NZ Great idea to organize the chapters by the most common excuses! Nice photos.
