A shot of adrenaline. I kept my breath through the reading, because of smart and fascinating characters and of mystery that give me a thrill of fear and excitement. I love both the authors, togheter are amazing. I truly enjoyed The King of Hells Kitchen, it has everything that makes a good romance, a couple of tortured heroes, a murder mystery, hot cops and the list goes on. The undercover scene at the BDSM club was very hot, and I especially enjoyed the build up to real feelings between the two heroes. The tarot cards and how they play into... This first 60% of this book was all about the murder case. It held absolutely no interest for me, but I kept reading anyway to get to the good stuff. When the good stuff finally happened, it was a semi-private BDSM scene and no sex. And it didn't do anything for me. So, I stopped reading at 65% to cut my losses.I will not rate since...
