Cutesy and philosophical. I suggest getting it from a library, as you may be disappointed in shelling out money for it. I laughed. Feels like one of those books that attempts to make the reader come to some sort of realization that life is good. I get it but not necessarily taken by it. Great illustrations, but I was hoping it would be darker in an Edward Gorey kind of way.
