Beautiful location, great story, a brilliant cast of characters, but when you put it all together, the sum total of it just doesn't work. The book started at a high point, it had a good potential, but... A cute, quick read! I liked the premise of the story and would have given it a higher rating, but just didn't connect with the characters. Especially Christo Mantazis, the hero. He had the makings of an alpha male that I wanted to love, but it fell short and I just couldn't connect with him no matter how much I really wanted to.
