This book made my hair stand on end! One of Ben Counters better books. As Warhammer novels go this is one of the best outside the horus heresy and gaunts ghost series. The action scenes are top notch and you actually feel sadness at the deaths of several characters. A great read Greay Knights, Sisters of Battle and Imperial Guard collide at the nexus of a Choas demon reappearing after a thousand years of dormancy...pretty good stuff.
