So what do you do if you have a bonkers plot with an accordingly bonkers conclusion? I don't know why I was expecting something more believable...maybe I'll change my rating once I've thought it over some more. I loved the first volume of this comic, but for some reason, I wasn't as much in to this second volume. I think it's because this one was much sadder. The first volume was new and different and had a lot of hope, that they could actually save their world. But then, people start dying and worlds start exploding and things head downhill... Wow, what an ending. Overall the explanations kind of went over my head, but the ideas were wonderful. We managed to circle back to the gods and the big bang in a way I did not see coming. I really loved the vase illustration at the end.
