Much, much better than the first Phases book. I know they are different authors, but still, great story. There was more plot and suspense and definitely a heartfelt connection with the heroes and the heroine. I enjoyed it immensely. I really liked this story and even though it was a short one you didn't feel like too much was missing! The heat and the tension made it a great read! This is one of my favorite shifter books! Not one, but two very hot coyote shifters. Brought to have to work together because of missing local live stock. The sheriff (Rebecca) has to investigate every possible angle. The main angle being Caden and Talon's coyote refuge.Caden and Talon go for the gusto when they finally attempt to mate...
