The least best of the Forever Evil graphic novels, surprisingly. The story isn't great, and I have to say that I've never liked Bane as a villain. Find him monumentally boring and cheesy. (As opposed to just cheesy like some Batman villains.) The artwork was okay, but nothing really stood out. Not a bad story, just forgettable. excellent story featuring Bane. Batman is AWOL and Gotham is split into districts run by various arch villains. bane is making a power move and scarecrow tries to rally against him to hilarious effect. captured the feel of the Arkham city game. highly recommended fans of these fine creators and DC superheroes
