Each story by itself was cute, but having just read a couple other books by Marcia, it started to feel like I was reading much of the same dialogue. I definitely appreciate the fact she keeps her books clean. It just goes to show, you don't have to have an explicit sex scene or even have the hero/heroine sleeping together at all to... Entirely pleasant MLM experience. My favorite in this trio is *The Foundling* but I liked the other two as well. They're sweet and romantic stories, with great Heroes, and strong heroines. And, the smooching is pretty great, too! Three novels in one! The Foundling (Desert Fire), To Echo the Past, An Old-Fashioned Romance - all very good reading. The first begins in the early 1800's in Colorado - and the McCall ranch. The 2nd book goes into the next generation - and the last is in current time. I enjoyed all of them.
