SpoilersThis wasn't as good as Gleason's Gardella Vampire Chronicles (which I loved), but it was still a fun read.-Clockwork Scarab was essentially a run-of-the-mill murder mystery with steampunk elements, plucky heroines, and not-so-great love triangles.
