A very practical guide for those of us who need to work on our mindfulness and focus. As other reviewers have said, it's a nice size to carry around and reread a little when you feel the need. Lots of short "devotionals" and thoughts about mindfulness. Enjoyed. My favorite of these little books so far. Something I will read again and again.
