The main problem with this is that it's not a collection of Green Arrow issues put into a book format. Instead, there are Green Arrow Issues, Hawkman issues, and Justice League issues. This would be fine if there were a cohorent story connecting these, but there isn't. This book collects issues from Green Arrow, The Savage Hawkman, and Justice League and it is a disjointed mess. There is no cohesive story here and just as the action builds to a climax it cuts over to a different storyline.There are a few good points worth mentioning; the artwork is absolutely amazing and Roy Harper finally makes an... I read this book with trying patience, hoping that Nocenti and the artist creative team pick up their quality and restore Green Arrow to some level of readability.Nope. Got nothing. The art actually took a turn to the worse and ended up depending on narration's descriptions to pick up its slack. That's not to say that the writing quality...
