Volume 5 was fantastic! Honestly I went back and forth between a 4 and a 5, but settled on 5 because of the absolutely superb art of Bernard Chang. The story is also very engaging, and when you have a solid story and fantastic art, what more could you ask from comics? Seriously great and worth your time. As a whole, this volume is the weaker of the two parts of Uprising, in large part because of the dull lead-up stories. Fortunately, the crossover itself is strong, and then the last issue suggests that Van Jensen may have found his feet.Annual (2). The Annual that kicks off this volume really doesn't bode well for the series, as Van... For me, of the two Green Lantern titles that brought us the Uprising storyline, this was the more interesting. The Durlans have always piqued my interest ever since I was a wee little boy reading Legionnaire comics.
