Do you like Larfleeze? Fair enough.Did you read Threshold, Vol. 1: The Hunted and want more? Why?Well anyway, here's something spinning out of that, but stays closer to its GL roots. Larfleeze is here, in all his monohued glory, bein' selfish. Did Johns envision him living in the recycling bin next to Oscar the Grouch on Sesame Street?... I only nice thing I can say is that I finished it.World: The art was not good. You can tell budget in a book by it's art and the art really showed itself in this case. It's not bad as in the style was horrible, it's just "good value" vanilla. It's forgettable in all it does from framing to colors to line work to character designs, it's... AKA, "how long can we run with the same joke", volume 1. Larfleeze can be humorous in small doses, but the idea of a full graphic novel of just him is not appealing. Thankfully, Giffen and DeMatteis don't just have Larfleeze; instead we get Larfleeze and his world-weary butler, Stargrave. I'd read the short first story included here...
