So I thought tho was a stand alone book on what happened with Max Lord after he was reborn after Blackest Night. As it turns out it's the first volume, should have figured when I saw 'Volume 1' on the cover...idiot!Anyway, this was surprisingly good. Winnick uses this clan of second string characters amazingly. He makes great use out... Awesome! As simple as that. I love the characters and the story and the whole plot of this book. Definitely check it out! I really enjoyed this, mainly because this is a reunion of the team I loved when I started reading comics.
