4.5 stars, loved it so much. I love watching Eve catch bad guys and seeing her being protective of those she's claimed as her family, even if she still goes about it the wrong way. This caring about people stuff still gives her a headache, LOL.And I love the way Roarke loves Eve, I love how they are with each other. Every single character... Ack, Robb's villains in this series are so skeevy. This guy was a really nasty piece of work, and the fact that it muddled Eve's mind due to how personal it was for her was not a new idea. However, it still stirs up a lot of pity from the reader...namely ME. I hope that Eve seriously addresses her issues soon. I love this series but... This was one of the creepiest homicides in the series in my opinion. And not because murders were pretty damn graphic (I think they all are?) but the 'scene' or 'setting' the killer creates is so disturbing (especially during the holidays omg). On another note, I'm sensing some cuteness between two secondary characters though, and I...
