I'm only on page 8 and I'm done. I simply can't read a book where the man is 36 and she's only 20. Sorry! (I gave it 3 stars)So, I wrote the above at about 6:00 this evening then started another book but I just kept thinking of this one so I came back to it and I'm so glad I did. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The author never said anything... Short novella type read, which by virtue of the length rushes some aspects of the story. Sweet, easy read. Not planning to read the sequels though (There is a pretty long excerpt of the next book at the end of this one and I tend to get irritated by books that misspell words to approximate an accent. I don't see how "yer" instead of... I don't read many novellas because they make me think, "That would have been a good story if it had been longer." But this happened to pop up on a recommendation site when I was in the mood for something short, and I'm glad I took a chance on it. It was short and sweet, but written just right for its length.
