I read it for my Wife, because I knew that she wouldn't. I knew that because she told me. I really loved this book, I had ummed and arrrd over buying it for several months, thinking it was just like all the others, (to think if I'd bought it sooner I'd now be further ahead!).... This book broke it down to such simple science, I can see now where I had been going wrong with my eating and exercise habits and how it had been... There are four main sections here - science of training, nutrition science and applications , training plan, and supplements. There are a few extras but those are the gist. And they are....not really new or noteworthy. Especially if you've read his other book, fit is the new strong, which i have. It is remarkably (or not so) similar...
