More About X-Factor, Vol. 19: Short Stories
Yet another 4-issue X-Factor collection (and the second one to be released in the space of a month!), in this one you'll find:- A Pip-centric issue, in which Pip reveals how he's the glue that holds X-Factor together (without them knowing it). - Madrox & Layla on their honeymoon in Las Vegas (they'd agreed to get married at the end... A 4 issue collection that showcases Pip as the secret guardian of X-Factor (in very similar style to Jason Aaron's Doop issue of Wolverine & The X-Men... not sure which came first), Madrox and Layla battling a zombie, Monet getting possessed by Pip, and some fisticuffs with a bunch of people from Hell. The emphasis here is primarily... As the title says, a book of short interconnected stories. X-Factor is going to hell, and there's not much they can do to stop it. The Pip story is really clever, reminds me of what Doop does in Xmen. The wedding story with zombies is fun. Oh, and the conclusion is gripping. A good read.
