I LOVED THIS BOOK. It surprised me. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I became immersed in it. It's a totally new take on vampires, utterly original and thrilling. Holly Black has a fantastic writing style and this world-building was executed beautifully. The characters were all fabulous (I am, of course, partial to Tana... Vampires are not so sexy anymore?Objection! How dare you say such a thing?
